Any person looking and qualified for employment in the positions we have to offer.
How many referrals can I give you?
As many as you want! We will consider every referral you submit and will compensate you for every referral who meets our program requirements.
Do I have to be on assignment with Luttrell Staffing Group to submit my referral and be compensated?
While we greatly appreciate any and all referrals we can get from anyone, in order to qualify for cash referral bonuses you must be either working on an assignment for Luttrell Staffing Group or be working full-time at one of our clients at the time your referral meets program requirements (i.e. works 160 hours).
How will Luttrell Staffing Group know when to pay me?
The short answer is, we won’t! With dozens of offices all recruiting full-throttle, there is no way we can keep up with who referred whom and when the referral reaches the required hours to pay the referring person. That’s why we’ll need you to contact your local Branch Office as soon as you think your referral may have reached the required hours.
