To rate our staff members as among the best in the industry is a bold statement, to be sure, but we’ll make it with no apologies. We don’t hire by on-paper qualifications alone, but instead look for service-oriented, outgoing, vibrant personalities who enjoy helping people and providing outstanding service to our clients. Sure, it helps if they’ve got industry experience, but we aren’t afraid to train them if they don’t.
In addition to our extensive internal training, all of our Staffing Managers and Coordinators must pass the difficult Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) employment law exam and maintain continuing education every year to keep their certification. We pride ourselves on our ability to consistently and competently deal with the various HR and employment law issues that inevitably arise in a knowledgeable, professional manner that will, in the long run, save you money and time. And our internal turnover is among the best in the industry. Once they’re on board, we do whatever we can to keep them happy so they can keep you happy.

We certainly can’t guarantee that every hire will work out, but you can rest assured that your Staffing Manager will treat hiring for your business as if they are hiring someone to work right next to them. A willingness to go “to the ends of the earth” to find the people you need – When we say our reach is second to none, we mean it. Our full-service Marketing Department utilizes the nation’s largest job boards (Indeed, Snag-A-Job, ZipRecruiter, Monster, and more), Google AdWords, SEO, social media, and other Internet-based advertising along with traditional (billboards, newspaper, radio, etc.) and guerilla (sign-holders, flyers, road signs, etc.) advertising methods to literally scour under every rock and crevice to find you the people you need, when you need them. We can’t promise that we’ll always fill every position request, but if they are available, qualified, and willing to work for the offered pay, we will do a better job of finding them and placing them in your facility than any other service out there.
