As an AtWork client, we understand how important it is for you to get capable, qualified employees who fit your organizational culture through the door in a timely, efficient manner. You have a business to run, and our goal is to make your job easier. The employees you choose to staff your facility are, after all, one of the most important investments your business will make. Our job is to carefully build and protect that investment.

Here’s what you can expect from us.

Professional, competent, friendly, well-trained staff – If we’re going to protect your staffing investment, we should start with investing in our own staff. And that’s what we do, from top to bottom. To rate our staff members as among the best in the industry is a bold statement, to be sure, but we’ll make it with no apologies. We don’t hire by on-paper qualifications alone, but instead look for service-oriented, outgoing, vibrant personalities who enjoy helping people and providing outstanding service to our clients. Sure, it helps if they’ve got industry experience, but we aren’t afraid to train them if they don’t.

In addition to our extensive internal training, all of our Staffing Managers and Coordinators must pass the difficult Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) employment law exam and maintain continuing education every year to keep their certification. We pride ourselves on our ability to consistently and competently deal with the various HR and employment law issues that inevitably arise in a knowledgeable, professional manner that will, in the long run, save you money and time. And our internal turnover is among the best in the industry. Once they’re on board, we do whatever we can to keep them happy so they can keep you happy.

Outstanding customer service – Providing outstanding customer service isn’t just a catchphrase to us, it’s our life, the motivating force that permeates every aspect of everything we do as a company. If our clients aren’t happy, we aren’t in business, so making this vision a reality is our number one goal. From friendly, on-point interactions with our staff to customized, detailed reporting that fits your business needs, your interactions with us will be positive, relevant, and leave you feeling great about doing business with us.

A mentality of hiring for our clients like we would hire for ourselves – We aren’t hiring for some nameless, faceless company where we will never again interact with our clients or associates. Every person we send to work at one of our clients is an extension of ourselves. When they succeed, we succeed. When they fail, we take it hard. We certainly can’t guarantee that every hire will work out, but you can rest assured that your Staffing Manager will treat hiring for your business as if they are hiring someone to work right next to them. And if they don’t, they won’t be with us long!

A willingness to go “to the ends of the earth” to find the people you need – When we say our reach is second to none, we mean it. Our full-service Marketing Department utilizes the nation’s largest job boards (Indeed, Snag-A-Job, ZipRecruiter, Monster, and more), Google AdWords, SEO, social media, and other Internet-based advertising along with traditional (billboards, newspaper, radio, etc.) and guerilla (sign-holders, flyers, road signs, etc.) advertising methods to literally scour under every rock and crevice to find you the people you need, when you need them. We can’t promise that we’ll always fill every position request, but if they are available, qualified, and willing to work for the offered pay, we will do a better job of finding them and placing them in your facility than any other service out there. That’s a promise!
